What is Enquiro?
Enquiro replaces a generic "name, email, message" contact form with a short, guided flow that asks the right questions for the job, then sends you a qualified lead by email or WhatsApp the moment it's submitted.
Do I need a website to use Enquiro?
No. Every form comes with its own hosted page and QR code, ready to print, share, or scan. If you already have a website, you can also embed your form with a single script tag.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan doesn't require a card, has no lead cap, and you can use it for as long as you like.
How long does it take to set up a form?
Most businesses are live in a few minutes: describe your business, let AI draft the form, then tweak it if you want to.
Pricing and billing
What's the difference between Free, Starter, and Premium?
Starter unlocks ongoing AI editing, photo uploads, full lead status tracking, and a Google Reviews QR code. Premium adds unlimited forms, removes the Enquiro badge, and adds analytics. Full comparison is on our Pricing page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly with no long contracts, and you can cancel from your billing settings whenever you like.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Your forms, hosted page, and QR codes keep working. Your account just reverts to Free-tier limits: the Enquiro badge returns, and AI editing, photo uploads, and analytics lock. Nothing is ever deleted.
Do you take a cut of the jobs I win?
No. Enquiro is a flat monthly fee. What you quote and win is entirely yours.
Using Enquiro
Can I edit my AI-generated form myself?
Yes, anytime, on every plan, Free included. Asking the AI to rewrite or regenerate it again after that first draft is what Starter unlocks.
Can customers upload photos with their enquiry?
Yes, on Starter and Premium. Photos arrive attached to the lead in your dashboard, so you can see the job before you even call back.
Does Enquiro work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Choose WhatsApp instead of email in your notification settings, and every enquiry arrives as one message with the full job details.
Can I embed Enquiro on my existing website?
Yes. A single script tag works on WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Shopify, or a custom-built site.
Data and support
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored with Supabase and payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card details ourselves. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
