Enquiro exists to help small and local service businesses, trades people, salons, cleaners, and independent operators, compete for work on a level footing with larger companies that can afford expensive websites and marketing teams. That mission shapes how we build and run the product, beyond the features themselves.

Supporting small and local business

• Our Free plan has no lead cap, so the smallest one-person business can use Enquiro seriously, not just as a trial.
• No website is required to use Enquiro: a hosted page and QR code mean a business doesn't need to pay for web development just to start capturing enquiries properly.
• Pricing is a flat monthly fee, never a percentage of the jobs a business wins, so growing businesses aren't penalised for their own success.

Digital inclusion

Not every business owner is comfortable with technology. Enquiro is built mobile-first and designed to be set up in minutes, with AI doing the work of building a form from a plain description, so that being good at your trade, not good at software, is what determines whether you can use it well.

Our pricing page shows exactly what's included on every plan, with no hidden fees, no long contracts, and cancellation available at any time. We believe small businesses are owed the same pricing clarity that's often reserved for enterprise customers.

Every enquiry handled through Enquiro replaces a paper quote sheet, a printed flyer, or a missed call and a game of phone tag. Our infrastructure runs on cloud providers that invest in renewable energy, and we favour efficient, lightweight tooling over infrastructure we don't need.

Enquiry forms are used by the general public, often on the go, so we design for clarity: short steps, large touch targets, and plain language. We keep accessibility improvements as an ongoing part of how we build, not a one-off checklist.
