Legal
Terms and Conditions
Last updated 23 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Enquiro. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
The service
Enquiro provides guided enquiry forms, a hosted page and QR code for each form, and a lead dashboard for service businesses. Plans and features (Free, Starter, Premium) are described on our Pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must give accurate information about your business and keep it up to date.
- You must be legally able to provide the services you list on your forms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Enquiro to:
- Collect enquiries for anything illegal, fraudulent, or misleading.
- Send spam, or contact customers who haven't enquired with you.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Impersonate another business or person.
We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, including one used to send spam or collect enquiries in bad faith.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our payment processor.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- On cancellation or downgrade, your account reverts to Free-tier limits. Your forms, hosted pages, and QR codes keep working, but Starter/Premium-only features lock, and the Enquiro badge returns.
- We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Your content and data
You own the content you put into your forms (your business name, logo, colours, and job types) and the enquiries you receive. You're responsible for how you use and store the personal data of customers who enquire with you, including complying with data protection law that applies to your own business.
We process that data on your behalf to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content
Enquiro's AI can generate or edit form fields, titles, and colours based on your description. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it goes live on a form, since we can't guarantee it's free of errors.
Availability
We aim to keep Enquiro available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for losses caused by planned maintenance, or by outages outside our reasonable control.
Liability
Enquiro is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost leads. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll notify account holders by email of any material change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
